Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is an intervention that helps identify emotional patterns that may be connected to physical symptoms or recurring stress responses. NET can be incorporated into psychotherapy or therapeutic massage sessions to support nervous system regulation and help reduce emotional components that may contribute to physical tension or discomfort.
Stress activates the nervous system and may contribute to muscle tension, fatigue, headaches, digestive issues, and difficulty relaxing. Over time, repeated stress responses can become patterns in the body. Mind-body approaches aim to support awareness of these patterns and help the nervous system return to a more regulated state.
Some individuals experience chronic pain that is influenced by both physical and emotional stress patterns. Integrative approaches that consider the connection between emotional responses and physical tension may help individuals better understand factors contributing to discomfort and support more sustainable relief strategies.

Yes. A 15-minute consultation is available to help determine whether the services offered are a good fit for your needs. This can be helpful if you have questions about the approach or would like guidance on which service may be most appropriate.
Some clients begin with psychotherapy, while others are interested in therapeutic massage or an integrative mind-body approach. During the consultation or first appointment, we can discuss your goals and determine which approach may be most supportive. Treatment can be adjusted over time as needs evolve.
Psychotherapy sessions may be available in person or through secure telehealth, depending on client needs and preferences. Therapeutic massage sessions are provided in person. Details can be discussed during the consultation.
